See How Your Website Looks When Someone Shares It
When customers text your link to a friend or post it on Facebook, the preview is your first impression. Missing images, wrong titles, and blank icons make a business look unfinished before anyone clicks.
Enter your website address below. We read the same title, description, and image tags that messaging apps and social networks use — then show you plain-English fixes.

Facebook and LinkedIn cache old link previews. After you update your tags, use their official tools to refresh what they show:

FAQ
- Why does my preview look different on Facebook than here?
- Our checker reads your page as it is right now. Facebook, LinkedIn, iMessage, and other apps save a copy of your preview the first time someone shares a link, and they can keep showing that old copy for days, even after you fix your page. Each app also crops images to its own shape, so an image can look fine here and get trimmed there. To force a refresh, run your link through Facebook's Sharing Debugger and LinkedIn's Post Inspector. Both re-read your page and clear the saved copy. To avoid cropping, keep the important part of your image (faces, logo, text) near the center.
- Do I need separate images for every social network?
- Usually not. One image set as your page's og:image works on Facebook, LinkedIn, iMessage, Slack, and WhatsApp. Make it 1200 x 630 pixels, use a full web address (not a relative path), and keep the file reasonably small so it loads fast. X (Twitter) uses its own tag but falls back to your og:image if it's missing. The fix list shows you exactly what's set and what's missing.
- Will you store the URL I check?
- We don't keep a list of the pages you check. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for a limited time. We store a temporary, hourly rate-limit counter tied to your IP address only to prevent abuse. If you request the fix list by email, we keep your name, email, and website so we can send it to you.
